Why you always soak new plugs and tiles

The water on the bottom tiles is completely yellow/brown even after rinsing!

I can’t really see in the pic what the issue is. Dust? Air bubbles?

I thought the reason people soak their homemade frag tiles/discs is in case anything toxic (and invisible) leaches out of them from the curing process.

For purchased tiles/plugs I don’t soak them overnight, I just briefly wash the dust off while rubbing with my fingers, maybe a couple seconds.

Yeah these were purchased from BRS. Even after the first soak the water was visibly yellow/brown for the tiles and was about half as dark after another rinse. No idea if those are soaked for awhile prior to sale.
