Scott: That is an amazing tank. That is so cool how you can have the canopy raise up and down. Nice job!!

I like that idea on how you mounted the electrical stuff. Is that grating metal? Nice idea on getting something in there that's easy to attach to, and also allows air flow for everything.

And 2 Red Dragon pump controllers? Good lord this is going to be a fun journey!

Very cool, but I think you might want more space between the Couches and Tank. Especially when you need to clean that side.

Did you use a pulley system and a linear actuator? I imagine that would be pretty difficult to get it lined up in the attic.

So is that a mini fridge or freezer? And are you using it for an automatic feeding system?

That is pretty slick. The canopy, the electrical panel, sump goodies.

The reflection of the tank will probably make the TV unwatchable when your lights are on.

Couch seems a bit close for comfort too.

Very cool looking set up. Can't wait to see it's progress.

Did you have the cables for the canopy come straight through the drywall? Is there any decorative cover or anything?

Yes. However I used some 3/8" PEX tubing (1/4" ID) in the ceiling for the cables to go through. This protects the ceiling drywall over time. There are 4 small holes in the ceiling...that is it.
