Newbie question-How do you journal?

I saw that in order to participate in DBTC you need to have a tank journal.

To keep a journal here, do you start a thread then keep relying with updates on same thread or do you post updates separately.

If you look at a couple of the existing journals you’ll get a feel for it pretty quickly. And also you’ll see a very wide range of how people use it.
