The dimension are as follows:
Long as hell" x pretty darn wide" x perfect height"

108x30x24
Muchos gracias
Some glorious reef real estate

@Darkxerox
A tank that long should be at least 30” or more wide
And yes, I will admit I do prefer 30” high tanks...the fish tell me so

Happy reefing to all

Rock scape looks cool, but is going to be hard to get flow through it unless you have pumps on the back wall looks like

Frustration continue. The center overflow bulkhead has a damaged gasket. Had to cut the pipe, new gasket, and a coupling. It was more frustrating since the tank is filled therefore can't move it away from wall. Thankfully i gave a 3" clearance, barely enough space to aqueeze a multi tool to cut the pipe.

WIll add 2 ap9x. The right side will be piled with rocks from other tank. Possibly leave a void in the center.

The light rail is 2" closer to the front. It's not center by my bad measurement. This mistake gave me an idea to tilt the lights so they don't blind me and create less algae on the front panel. Accidental genius.LOL

I'll get a par reading later.

This is the way, especially with bad glare lights. I tilted @MichaelB 's while I was there too.

That’s a loaded question. The question is. Where is the saltwater coming from to form the salt creep.
Its in the same vicinity when i leak test. during that test, i moved tank 6-7" to the left of the stand and filled tank 6-7" of water. No leak over an hour.

Now obviously it's leaking in the same corner.

Drain tank?

It's fully up and running.

Wow it already looks amazing. Cannot wait to see it grow over the next few years under your care

Bummer you’re facing these issues, I hope they can be resolved quickly and without issue

Clean it up and see if it keeps coming back. I'm wondering if the weight of the tank could have squeezed it out of the plywood over time.

I get that it will be a complete PITA to drain that tank, but if that salt creep came back after cleaning......

All I have to say is 300-350 gallons of water on your floor is probably a six figure house repair after water mitigation services deal with drying your house, getting rid of humidity and heating the room/house to help prevent mold from taking hold and then the repairs to floors, walls, electrical and replacing furniture. And then you got to deal with insurance.

You pick which concern you'd rather deal with, but I'm in "Camp Drain that MOFO" and find the problem.

Yeah I vote drain and do another leak test, at least 24 hours this time. Maybe dye the water or something so you'll know for sure?
