Premium Aquatics!

I'm not sure what to say, but I'm a little shocked by Premium Aquatics' service. This weekend, I was shopping for Tonga Branches or man-made ones. I initially started with the Tonga Branches, but realized they are too hard to get in a short time. I went ahead and called our LFS to see if they had any man-made Tonga branches available, but unfortunately, no. I sent an email to Premium Aquatics asking if they had the rocks, and they were nice enough to send me a picture.

Honestly, how many places (locally or online) would go into their warehouse, pull the branches, and take a picture? This is another level of service that I don't see often.

I was planning to use them in a tank set up that didn't work out.

man made, real tonga branch looks different, some small branch could have similarities but the larger pieces are drastically diff
