Neptune Trident Sample line issue

The sample line on my Neptune trident fell out of the tank. I got an error message saying no water. I tried putting it back in and priming the line but no luck. The trident keeps going through some sort of process and never gets set again. Any thoughts?

Try unplugging it and then go through the process again. If that doesn’t work- I have also just got a new line and that just magically worked as well..

Hate when it happens -such a PIA

How long was it out? There could be dried water inside the lines...try priming the sample line a bunch and/or remove the sample ine and make sure it is clear. Both of those are easy...try them and if they don't work, we can move on to harder things.

I go straight to pushing DI water from the Trident end to the sample end anytime that issue comes up. If that doesn't fix it, the clog is in the Trident and you push the water from the sample side, through each tube by systematically pressing the solonoid button as you squirt the water and let the DI water shoot out each of the 4 other tubes.
