These guys are all treated, and kept in medication, but not quarantined. You should definitely quarantine everything still.

This is the best way! Starting with a fish already having a low likelihood of disease and in good health, and then repeating a treatment and/or isolation process provides one additional layer of risk reduction and opportunity to break the life cycle of pathogens.
