Yeah. I think Neptune's internal systems are not compatible with EcoTech customer service systems. Too many systems to talk to each other, but I think they have not reached a unity. That's at least my suspicion.

So I filed a ticket back in min November. No one got back to me, so I called in December, and got an RMA. I didn't hear anything so I called again early January and I was told my DDS was lost and I would be getting a new one!!! I said great. When would I be getting the new DDS... I was told...

That’s an understatement. :p

Thank you. Robert from Neptune mentioned the 8020 rail system. I am just worried about the weight. Not sure if I should do a T rail or more of a U shape rail. I'll need to draw this out to see which one will work better.

Currently I am using kessil's mounting arms my for each of my two AP9X. I want to add another AP9X to increase the PAR. Therefore, I would have three AP9X's on the rail. Any recommendations?

I bought my first batch a little over a week ago from @Coral Hub (Nathan), and I must say, great product, great prices, and amazing customer service. :)

Harvested some chaeto today… did not expect it to be this thick and this big. The reactor has been running since early December. Not too shabby. If any one wants some chaeto. DM me Will be doing water change soon. More to come.
