PiF items should not be gathered for the intent to profit off of them. If you are caught selling Pif items before trying to give back or offer back up to the club you will be banned from PiF and maybe even the club.

Lots of dbtcs used to have a lot of rules. Its up to the maker to set the rules. Most people just start a dbtc when instead a pif would be better. Theres a bunch of dbtcs that ive started that I wished I was a little stricter because all the pieces are now gone. In the end its up to the maker...
