Stumbled upon some cool art on Etsy that I wanted to try and make myself. It is sort of ocean-themed, so I thought someone else might find it fun. It was not too hard, but time-consuming without the proper tools at my disposal.

I cannot figure out how to add iPhone photo's. Strange format and too big. I had to compress the image above.

Love it! How did you do the color gradient? Did you slowly mix the color when painting the next block?

On my list of things to do is replicate this art piece by Chris Wood using using irdescent acrylic instead of dichroic glass. I can't afford the $12,000+ for the real one :X

That's awesome, my brain hurts and my patience has decreased a little more thinking of how long and the efffort those things would take lol.

Very nice, not to distract from this thread but I also have some ocean themed art in my office.

You got it. Slowly mixing in the next color a little at a time to get the gradient. Your project looks a bit overwhelming for my brain XD.
