yay im going to attend, first frag Swap since like 2010.

my tank is cycling right now and should hopefully be done in the next week or so. if anyone has a few frags they'd like to sell me so I can participate I would appreciate it, if not ill grab something from a LFS.

I was flip flopping if I was going to go or not, since my tank should be nearing the end of its cycle by then, but.... I decided this morning I wanna add a sump to this system now while I can. so its definitely not going to be ready for this swap. got a bunch of work I gotta do this week to make that happen.

So it's been confirmed that @Arvin R of Kay's Coral Cove will grace us with his presence again during the swap. So if you need corals to gain entry he normally has coral packs available in addtion to some very nice fully quarantine corals if your looking for a special show type peace.

He also will likey be setting up again at the coral farmers market in Sunnyvale on may 2nd. Be sure to check him out if you stop by cfm as well.

Unfortunately, due to a death in my family in Germany, I have to fly to Germany again (!) on Tuesday and will not be back in time for the swap.

This is particularly bad timing as I promised several folks some corals and @clownvan the EHEIM feeder. Also, I wanted to unload some corals from my frag tank.

Therefore, asking for help:

a) Would someone be able to pick up the corals I promised to others + EHEIM feeder from me before the swap and bring it to the swap?

b) Would someone be able to attend on my behalf and pick up my swap entry corals - not sure if this allowed, if not, please advise?

Its fine if at least a) works out.

Intresting video on the subject. If you're unaware Kenny is the owner of high tide Aquatics in Oakland. The only lfs that offers fully quarantine fish and his certified by humble reef. Nothing ground breaking but very informative video.
