Getting rid of older setup after a tank upgrade at the beginning of the year:

1. 75G tall reef tank with wooden stand - center overflow, stand also has matching wooden cover (not pictured) to conceal lighting above tank rim
2. (GONE) 50G CADlights Artisan cube - 24 x 24 x 20, center overflow, starfire glass. Needs a bit of TLC, but seams should be fine.
3. (GONE) eShopps sump ADV-100 - 24 x 14 footprint
4. (GONE) eShopps cone skimmer - s-150? (fits the eShopps sump well)

Items located in Los Altos, need to get rid of everything in the next week or so. Free first come, first serve (any coral frags donations to help populate the new tank would be welcome).

UPDATE - Both tanks still currently available. I will call out that the 75G is a bit challenging 24" tall for a reef tank, but it is a quality custom build (I think also starfire glass, Eurobraced), and the stand is also custom and solid wood!

-Warren

Yes. If this works, I will have a couple of tanks to PIF.

I am only trying to sell the red sea to buy a cube tank.

Here are a few more pics of the tank and stand. I apologize it's probably more accurately around 70G, the dimensions are 36" W x 18" D x 25" tall. The overflow is not quite a center overflow, it's more offset towards one side but not a corner overflow. Starfire glass, I think.

The stand is custom, either solid wood or plywood, stained espresso brown, very sturdy, and a matching hood sits on the top Eurobracing if you want to conceal lighting.

What is the tank volume (or height) of your dream footprint? Like a tall bookshelf style?
Skinny footprint since I have a tiny space. 36" X 10" would be great because it would take the entire space of the available wall and then if it only came out 10", it would be up against the wall =)

That or buy a house with a big big tank

That's pretty much the shape of my 29g. You make your own acrylic tank or get one custom made.

Wondering if anyone might want to use it for a planted tank? I've never done one, but feels like the dimensions are well suited for one. I understand an overflow and sump is not necessary for a planted tank, but I think some folks do use the overflow?
