I got the dual fuel one too from Costco. The reason I decided on this option was I could just use one of my propane tanks I already have. . In the event I needed to use gas I have a gas container ready. to get fuel.
I just like the look they provides in the tank and the modern style they bring. The AP700 have served my tank very well, so I guess it's just looks and how they fit into the overall environment.
I just picked up a use Nuvo 20 tanks from and it came with an AI Hydra 26. The AI lights are really nice. I am so impressed, I thinking about switching my Kessil AP 700 to AI lights on my 70 gallon. Do others reefers like the AI lights?
Mike you called it. Luckily I had developed a leak kit, which included a lot of towel, wet dry vac multiple containers and instructions on what to do. So the kids were able to take care of the leak before it got out of hand.
Thanks for letting me know. After returning home, I emptied everything and determined it wasn't the sump but rather the Nyos media reactor that got tilted and leaked water in back of the sump
While out of town I received a call stating my glass sump was leaking water all over the floor. The leak appears to have stop but has about four inches of water remaining. The questions I have are:
Do you reseal the glass sump or replace it?
If I need to replace it how to remove the sump...
