Next question. Does it make a difference where you place the solenoid shut off value? I keep reading that it should be place on the output RODI water line, but I was curious why not place the value between the water source and the RODI unit?

Anyone ever used this for your RODI container? My plan is to still turn on on and off the inlet water into the RODI manually but having this as an extra safety feature incase I forget to turn off the water?

The quickest method for me was to pull the rocks out soaked, and scrubbed them in a bucket in a mixture of water and peroxide for about 30 minutes.. For the rocks I couldn't remove due to the landscaping, I removed 70% of the tank water sprayed with a peroxide mixture and then added back in...
