It is possible. When I said chopped meat, It's more like thin slice of meat which got chopped into tiny pieces. I only have 1 or 2 nassarius snail so I will get few more. I was worry that snail would not do well in bare bottom tank. I read that flakes and pellets contain concentrated phosphate...

Thank for a very good looking Baby Fungia! I placed it into my tank yesterday night and I could see its tentacles came out this morning. I think it is doing good so far. Here is the pic that I took right after i placed into my tank.
