Just to let you know that I went on the tour. I had a great time and our guide, Matt, did a superb job explaining the workings of the aquarium.

My time as president of another non-profit has kept me pretty busy. Hopefully, when my time is up, I will be able to participate more. Thanks for thinking of me @Srt4eric.

I will be there. If you are missing something, food wise, I can do almost anything. Sorry, but no frags. The tank is having a hard time right now!

I will be there for the entire swap period; setup, registration (I am good at that), cleanup, breakdown, etc. When you have a final tally, let me know who is coming and I will make up name tags.

Congratulations to all. I am sure that you will all do very well in these new roles.

I will be bringing some frog spawn and maybe a few other frags, but I won't be picking. Also will help with registration (name tags and picking letters). I will bring name tags. Who is bringing the frag setups (signs, letters for picking, sharpies, etc.)

I will be there to help, hand out name tags and organize the picking of letters. Only frags I have are frog spawn, so I will add it to the mix but not pick. Aquarium real estate is at a minimum.

Whatever the club wants, I will make it happen. I will bring the blank badges. Just make sure we have a few sharpies for their use.

About three days. I can bring blank extra tags just in case. If someone has a list of all supporting members it would really help in case there are any late sign-ups, if that is allowed.

If a board member will send me a list of members attending (real name and BAR Handle), I will make up badges for all of them. Attached is a copy of the name badges I made up for the last swap I worked at.

I will help with setup, registration (check-in), breakdown and clean up. I will also bring printed name tags. Just supply me with the names.

In the past, we have held swaps at 7 Stills in SF. They have been kind enough to give us the space for the swap. I do not know if this will be the case this year.

I can do whatever the board wants. When member sign up for the swap, just make sure they include their real name. Don't worry Bruce, I've got yours.

I would be happy to make up name tags, as I have done in the past, with our logo printed and the name of the member. I would just need the names of those attending so that I could print out in advance. I will help in any way I can.

I am available for set-up, break down and check in. Been through this before so not a problem for me.

If there is a board meeting I have to be there. I am sure Josh will be there, too as he needs the practice taking minutes. See everyone soon.

Today, I caught two snails trying to sneak into the overflow. Knocked them back into the main tank.
