I don't have much experience with them, but reef roids was developed for goniopora and mine always seem more extended the day after a feed

They mix their own salt mix because 20,000 gallons for a weekly 10% water change adds up fast. The pumps were SUPER loud and something to the tune of 2000gallons/minute each!!
