Aw sorry to hear that, mine took several weeks to start eating pellets, I had to try different food like mysis and brine to keep him going until he starts taking small pellets. Now he only goes after the big pellets but he is nice and fat.

I have older icecap and they work fine with my radium bulbs, the problem seems to be related to contact. Had similar issue with one of my bulb so I swap the bulbs around and all three worked so I think it is contact issue.

Home depot has aquamend in the paint section, crazy glue gel at the dollar store a buck for 3 tubes. I think the reason you can't find the aquamend is because you have reefers like myself who always buy all of them when we see them LOL. The jjweld stuff is NOT aquamend and is not even close.
