    Ratio of two part consumption?

That’s what I was wondering. My consumption is clearly not a 1:1. Just wondering what may be causing that. It has been this way for a while. I switched from all for reef because I could keep my parameters within range. Ca consumption has always been higher than Alk. Switched to two part so I...

    Ratio of two part consumption?

Hello, Just curious…for those of you who use B-Ionic two part (or other two part) what is your ratio of Alk to Ca consumption? Currently I am at Kh-30ml/day and Ca-45ml/day to maintain my Alk at 8.2 and Ca at 420. Just wondering how this compares. Mixed reef: SPS, LPS, and a few zoas. Gerry

    Free funky double tank

Wow! That brings back memories. I had one of these in the late 90's when I was in school that was around 100g. It was actually pretty cool watching the fish swim through the tubes. I had the overflow set up on one side and return on the other. Wasn't that hard to manage. Ended up selling it...

Review of my experience with Inverted Reef

Depends. This is similar to the buying QT vs not QT fish. They take some extra steps to reduce the risk of passing along pests or diseases. To me it was worrth it. Others might not think so.
