I'm glad you started your build. Looking forward to seeing how this goes for you. I think you should remove this from your budget. That was not something we considered as part of the budget cap. If you insist on keeping, then that's up to you.

Sorry gents. Forgive me, but I thought they UV inlet would go into the last chamber (return area) and the outlet would go in the first chamber/drain chamber? Am I wrong?

I thought it was supposed to come back to the display? I suppose just having it pump back to the drain side, results in the same logic... right?!

That's doable. I don't mind doing that. Do I have that outlet connect into the return line from the other pumps though? I won't be running a separate return line into the tank(s). I'm curious if I connect that to the combined return line if the other pumps would overpower the uv pump.

Welcome to BAR! Glad to have you here with us. I've been running a 40gal breeder style frag qt tank with a HOB filter. It does the job and corals are doing good. Get yourself a wavemaker in there for more flow. It will help a lot with getting more debris into your filter.
