The added salt in that would have me worried over time. I use salt for weed killer solutions. It does not play nice with plants. I am not sure how much of the skimmate retains salt though.

Well, this tank has been humming along nicely under the primary care from @a.little.hypertonic I'm still trying to get the skimmer dialed in. It tends to be sensitive and skim very wet. If I dial it back, then it makes lots of foam that doesn't tend to break down to liquid. So still learning...

I agree. Great for flatworms and the like. Tougher pests, it takes more (stronger non KCl dip) to get rid of them.
