School me on 3D printed xr30 light covers.

These are the ones that came with Matt’s aquarium. I was thinking I could just source the plastic sheet from Amazon but I haven’t researched it yet.

    Extra large aquarium

Or cut the crack part off glue a panel on the top. Flip it to its side. Add a euro brace and you have a huge frag tank.

School me on 3D printed xr30 light covers.

If you 3D printed a xr30 light cover. Which one did you like the most. I don’t really need it for light shade / light bleed over the sides of the aquarium. I was thinking more of a diffuser style. I’ve looked all over for the simple design but I couldn’t find it. Just the lamp looking ones...

UV Sterilizer - How to connect a pump with the sterilizer?

I don’t have this one. But they are all similar. Water in the bottom. Water out the top. Easiest way would be to find the flow you need and buy a pump rated for the uv. Like a maxi jet 400. If you want to be fancy and have control then a small dc pump. Plumbing would be pump barb to flex tube...

    Anyone with Tesla Solar Panels?

I’m not sure if I understand your question. But I think I do. Two part question. 1.) solar power is dc current . Ev is dc current. It’s best to charge your Ev when it’s sunny. Dc to dc charging. It’s more efficient. You skip the ac converter which takes up power. 2.) moving the power wall...

    DIY lid

Nothing bad. Unless you used the Home Depot screen. It blocks a lot of light. The frame is good. Colored ones are better than the aluminum ones. As the aluminum oxidizes over time.

    fun project induced headache

WD-40. Let is soak. Then it should come off. A big fat NO on the nail polish remover. Some of them contain acetone or something similar. It can chemical burn the acrylic. I would start there. Let me know. But that’s safe.

    Anyone with Tesla Solar Panels?

This is what I can tell you from the years that I’ve been doing diy solar. Pge is always gonna go up. More panels the better. Solar is extremely addictive. Buy the biggest batteries you can afford. Cuz it’s banking money that you can spend later when the sun goes down or if tomorrow isn’t as...

    Bunch of coral dying

Check all your pumps and magnets for metal contamination. It would hurt to run a type of metal absorbing material. Like cupisorb. I’ve run a lot of carbon before. It strips the water.
