If you 3D printed a xr30 light cover. Which one did you like the most. I don’t really need it for light shade / light bleed over the sides of the aquarium. I was thinking more of a diffuser style. I’ve looked all over for the simple design but I couldn’t find it. Just the lamp looking ones...
I don’t have this one. But they are all similar. Water in the bottom. Water out the top. Easiest way would be to find the flow you need and buy a pump rated for the uv. Like a maxi jet 400. If you want to be fancy and have control then a small dc pump.

I’m not sure if I understand your question. But I think I do. Two part question. 1.) solar power is dc current . Ev is dc current. It’s best to charge your Ev when it’s sunny. Dc to dc charging. It’s more efficient. You skip the ac converter which takes up power.

Nothing bad. Unless you used the Home Depot screen. It blocks a lot of light. The frame is good. Colored ones are better than the aluminum ones. As the aluminum oxidizes over time.

A big fat NO on the nail polish remover. Some of them contain acetone or something similar. It can chemical burn the acrylic. I would start there. Let me know. But that’s safe.
