Yes, Nest default is low as well, quite frustrating that I can't raise it above 45 or below 95 for the "Safety Temperatures" - one of my biggest gripes about nest over ecobee. Though I have eco set to 65 - 78, the above (Safety Temp) applies if either of those is hit even when the thermostat is...
