I the aluminum wrap at the 160 stall point is the key! I pull slightly before 203 and do a quick finish on the grill of both sides to crisp up the bark. Sooooo good!!! If you want to go truly overboard look up a Tusla Torpedo … anything that involves a full on bacon weave you know is going to be...

My friend has a green egg. He absolutely loves it. We went with a Kalamazoo hybrid grill (gas burners 9” bellow trays where you can add wood or charcoal) and a Memphis Elite smoker. Both we absolutely love and would highly recommend.

I grew up in Oklahoma where BBQ is a way of life. When I first moved to the bay in ‘99 I remember a coworker invited a bunch of us over to his house for a summer BBQ. I was so excited not having had good BBQ in a while. When I showed up they had a Weber with hamburgers and hotdogs cooking ‍♂️ I...

Year round hobbies are mountain biking, scuba and indoor skydiving. The kids love them as well so we get in some good family bonding time. TheRealMadMax Monster Tank Build

    TheRealMadMax Monster Tank Build

The base is actually bolted together and then bolted to the wall. It’s not going anywhere. The large metal tray the display tank sits on was welded in the house to the giant steel support beams. Robert insisted that the aquarium sit dead level so the structural engineer had to calculate the...

    Hello from Los Gatos

Hello friends! Very excited our journey to finally having our very own reef tank has finally come true. In August 2020 my now 16 year old son and I walked into Neptune Aquatics and met Robert for the first time to talk about putting together a slightly unusual fully cantilevered 180 gallon reef...
