Dying fish now lol, I don't know why but the image of the father selling cars on the movie Maltida comes to mind. Those torches look really happy.

    DBTC: White Zombie Zoa

The plan is for @Invictus to eventually frag it out. The polyps were growing so tight, it wasn't possible to frag it without risking killing some of them. Just for a brief update. I've seen his zoa collection and he has magic growing hands with zoa’s. @dangalang

    210 gallon Dream tank

I don't know. Lol but it seems I always have another project sooner or later. However nothing is currently planned. It's Almost like projects as much as I love looking at the tanks. Yet I'm committed to finshing up the 210 and mixing station before I let my mind start drifting and getting new...

    210 gallon Dream tank

Point noted on keeping valves working. I wouldn't wanna spend gate valve money unless absolutely necessary. I have 1- 1inch and 1- 3/4,in gate but rather save them for a future project.

    Tank parameters help request

I've used reef crystals with no issues. Though I do notice some batches mix dirtier than others. Meaning crude at bottom of buckets. Some bags from the same box has crude others mix cleaner. So there seem to be some inconsistencies between the different bags. I have the 200gallon boxes they...

    210 gallon Dream tank

So next update. Based on feedback from my recent plumbing update I've heeded the various suggestions given to me by different members. To start with over the last week, I've preformed a water test with the tank still on furniture dollies. This involved only 3 inches of water just to cover...

Definitely looking good beyond the color. Polyps are fully out. Has the tiniest hue of pink when looking very close to it it's also alot bigger than I expected. Will get a picture when I get home. Honestly didn't cross my mind to take one.

Mine and his are both pretty pale. I was able to see his last night. They lost color during shipping. So it will likely take a while for it to return.

See if you can find a reefer near you to get rock rubble or the like from a existing tank. You will honestly have some struggles getting tank to stabilize and mature with the man-made rock you have in picture. The issue is it's very dense like concrete and very dense. If it’s what I'm thinking...

I Definitely recommend a rock from existing tank. New ones expect crazy alage to the point you will wanna tear it down. I’ve had a few smaller 15-5 gallons ones. So speaking first hand on new structures are the worst in smaller tanks much more than bigger ones. The times I used rocks from...

Support needed - Mounting Lights into Drywall

I can think of 3 options for using screws in that tight space behind the tank. 1.) A air powered wrench with drill bit adapter. (This would require a air compressor, and the air wrench both of these I have, in addtion to the socket adapter listed below I don't current have one of those)...
