Ive used it a bunch of time. I usually double the dose. Never had it mess with my chaeto.

What needs to be welded? What part of the machine? Any pics? If the weld broke would or could it kill someone?

What size bulkheads are those? I dont like how those gaskets look. I have some nice thick rubber ones around here somewhere.

You'll never get anywhere near that kind of flow. Im currently running the 13000 for my uv. Max flow is advertised as 3566 gph. I have it running at almost 100% through 3/4" pipe. It also goes through 3 90s. Most ive ever seen out of it was 425gph. This is at 88%

Do you want it reef safe? I have "transparent" red petg but it doesnt really print clear. If it doesnt need to be reef safe I have a resin printer that can print clear red.
