No experience with them either - I use the Red Sea dosers and have been very happy with both how they calibrate (essentially you go two rounds to make sure pump was properly primed) I also like I can’t accidentally turn on the doser unlike a Neptune DOS -that if I hit the switch by accident...

I have changed my testing schedule -so that it only does alk 2x a day and ca/mg 1x a day. So I calibrate every two months. If you order directly from them it’s fairly cheap. But you should calibrate against the solution as the optical curvette gets dirty over time so the solution helps...
