I've also had good luck with Parasite Remedy in my last tank, and have used Ich attack with success as well. I know what people say about these treatments, and it may very well be that Ich is still in my tank, but I went from almost every fish showing signs to no fish showing signs, but YMMV

yea not sure if flow is the issue but that’s what happened to me and I added another pump and seems to have helped but I only had 1 mp10 in my nuvo 40 at the time

Did it STN or RTN? one thing that seems to have helped me is to make sure there’s enough flow all around the coral

I would assume the various bottle bacs are all different strands...so you could get diversity by supplementing with different bottle bacs. I also think your tank is prolly more diverse than you think, because all of the various frags / plugs you introduce will likely have different strains as well

I can get purified water from the local water shop at $0.30 per gallon...I don't think its DI, but when I tested it, its 0 TDS. I'm not sure how much I'm really saving by making my own RODI vs buying it, especially since the water store is constantly testing at 0 TDS
