How Often Does Everyone Clean Their Avast Plank?

I didn't want to thread jack @MarcosD Avast Plank post :p How often does everyone clean their Avast Plank and how is everyone cleaning theirs? I clean mine when I see the water in the chamber moving really slow (every 6-7 weeks maybe?), but I think I should be cleaning it more often or maybe...

    Dangalang Laundry Room Frag Tank

I figure I should do a journal for this tank since I have a few DBTC pieces in it. This frag tank started out as a way to get more corals and has evolved into a kind of a test bed for equipment and other things for a bigger tank that I plan to build. Tank got wet around mid May 2024 and was...

    Civil Engineer Recommendations

Anyone have a recommendation for a civil engineer? I have the green light to get a bigger tank, the only constraint being it needs to be upstairs. I'd want to get the biggest tank I could and also have confidence I'm not overloading the structure of the house. Edit: Location is South Bay/San Jose.

White Filaments on Base of Acro

I noticed some white filaments coming from the base of my Vivid Confetti acro. They appear to be coming out of the newly budding polyps forming at the base. Any idea what it is? Stress, feeding response, defense mechanism, pest?

    Small Pump Recommendation

I put one of these small cheapo pumps in a section of my AIO because the water movement was on the slower side and there was a film starting to build on the surface. I'm trying to think long term and am wondering if this cheap pump might have the potential for leeching metals because of low...
