What's the going rates? I did a 10lb tank swap at Airgas in Hayward and it was like $60 + $30 in fees. Seemed high but my first time and didn't have any price points to compare to.

Do you or your friend have ratchet straps or clamps long enough to fit the length of the tank, like a bar clamp? It could help slow down the leak until you get home. Times like these I wonder if flex seal tape will work, as gimicky as they may seem
