Wow fancy. Not familiar with that brand/model so can’t help you. I personally don’t like these all in one drinking ro models since there’s a lot of proprietary components. Do you have space near ro for a holding tank? That may take care of your pulsating issue.

The issue you want to address is your ro booster pump pulsating as in it turns on then off rapidly? Only when it’s feeding your tank, but not when your drinking faucet is open? The long line shouldn’t add much back pressure since it’s such low flow. You can put a check valve on waste line if...

Assuming it’s a peltier cooler, it shouldn’t be loud but just a humming sound if anything. Though the dosing pump might be loud.
