It’s a standalone controller too, is my understanding - so yeah it’ll do all the basics like monitor PH and run an ATO and such. The hydros ATO is great btw. Great way to see if you like it and want to expand like @IOnceWasLegend I don’t have a Kraken, so I’m not sure…I’m close to buying one...

Good question - it does add a little noise to the overflow weir, and occasionally the wave actually slaps against the underside of the euro brace too. My tank was nearly silent to begin with, which I'm OCD about, so time will tell if these noises bother me (they're pretty minor though).

Same here - he said he would make one (and I paid for it) but after many months of pestering and not getting it I eventually just asked for a refund and made my own crummy lid!

I have that same trap and my rubber band thingies also all disintegrated. I zip-tied a mag-float to the inside of it and now I just stick it to the side of the tank wherever i want. works way better!
