100DIY NEED HELP FOR PREDRILL

ABS can work just as good, maybe a single sheet heath formed/curved to go around the OF pipe and just seal the three contact points to the glass

so 1/4" thick should be good?

What if I dont put an overflow and just do the durso pipe?

Durso will work by itself, just set the right height, for added safety, a threaded bulkhead with teflon tape.
TAP did not have nice pieces of plexi today but I'll check back Friday; they did have some nice cylindrical sections by the scrap bin but a bit pricey.
