Unfortunately my Crystal Dynamic tank (2'x2'x4') tank split the back seam. I have ordered a new tank and will be looking to get rid of this tank to someone who would like to refit the back glass.
I am in Redwood City and should have my new tank set up in a week or 2.
If interested please send me a message

Holy crap! Glad to hear you are getting a new tank soon. I've come across a few of the older CDA tanks that didn't have euro brace and armor seams leak. Leaked tanks might be the reason they are out of business.

Congrats on the new tank. Which new tank are you getting?

Very good of you to take that photo before tending to the emergency!
I have had the misfortune of witnessing catastrophic seam failure
I was not so lucky to have been able to catch it
Good luck with the new tank...with full warranty...I hope

Ahoy,
My new Planet tank is sitting in my driveway and now to schedule the rebuild with Darshan Patel. Major job of removing the old one and plumbing in the new one and all that entails of removing the livestock, r&r on all the plumbing and restocking. Actually looking forward to it as so many of my corals have overgrown the tank. Hard to think when I bought those little plugs and sticks it would be so massive now. Ill probably have lots of extra coral to get rid of..
Not to mention that if anyone is looking to take this old tank and rebuild I will be happy to accommodate!!
We shall see Ill either start a new thread or document it here.
We shall see.

The tank lives in my dining room and backs up against the wall of my laundry room which is where the Apes, and all the controls are mounted. Plus calcium reactor, GFO Chiller Top off controls Power heads etc.
