Ah yes good call out! I def reglue the frags onto clean plugs. Found many pests on old plugs.

My tank is less than a year old so I don't really have any frags to swap. Is it worth me coming on out? I got one tiny Rasta Zoa I am trying to get larger but that is probably months away from being impressive enough to give away.

Depends on the size of frag you’re bringing. I often use their 16 oz size deli cups.

I reuse leftover takeout containers (quart sized) after running them through the dishwasher.

I do catering so I have some that I use for meal prep that I use. But after the swap save the ones you get, and give them a clean you will have a head start on next swap.
