Sadly the emperor and majestic developed grayish white patches. I dipped them into an orange Home Depot bucket, don't see anything floating or fall off from them. They're currently in qt without sand and corals.

Several medications will arrive tomorrow.

Be very careful if you decide to use prazipro. Like copper it gets very finicky with UV. That is the safe range becomes very narrow and you will tend to overdose. Problem is I can’t confirm if these are external flukes or internal. If they are the flying saucer type it’s only fresh water dip and prazipro with extreme caution.

Day 1
Mix focus, metroplex and selcon into food.
Majestic not touching any food
Emperor is eating well

Added methylene blue to qt tank

Should I add cipro?

Metro makes the food really bitter and some fish quickly learn to ignore food with medication.. You can try dipping in Garlic Guard which can trigger the feeding response from them, but honestly dosing the medicine in the water column as per the instructions might be a better bet at this point, rather than hoping that fish starts to consume medicated food.. It's a little bit expensive than dosing in the food, since you may need multiple doses, but would definitely be more effective.. FWIW, there is a huge thread on R2R which says that it's very difficult to medicate the food in 'correct' amount, since a lot of factors inclusing the fish weight, food density etc goes into the calculations..

Like I said before, I have multiple different meds with me, happy to share with you if you need them.

Hunger strike is AOK these guys can hang in there for weeks the only thing is to make sure there’s no ammonia or pH shock. Cipro is likely not a dewormer to use. Are they feeling better with freshwater dips? I still think it’s flukes.

Day 3
Yesterday before 5g water change, there was still a lot of white patches Today there is about 90% less white patches.

I think the 6 drops of methylene blue is the cure.

7/9 Moved cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp, pistol shrimp, peppermint shrimp to sump

dead in qt (did 5 minutes fresh water dip - matched ph and temperature from display tank)
7/5 majestic angel
7/6 koran angel
7/7 blue face angel
7/8 large blue tang
7/10 6 line wrasse

dead in display tank:
7/7 2 clowns
7/8 3 clowns
7/8 red dragonet
7/8 french angel
7/9 sand sifting goby
7/9 3 damsels but could have died earlier

7/1 in 15g qt tank added 6 drops of methylene blue to 15g, the angels seem happy on 7/3. Left on 7/3 afternoon, return 7/4 night found majestic dead.
7/4 moved the emperor to the frag tank and he is barely breathing, sometime he'll take a lap around the tank

7/9 from the 30g frag tank, moved all corals to dt and converted it to a qt tank. added 20 gallons new water (ph and temp matched) (it was only filled to 10g).
currently in qt: yellow tang, purple tang, small blue tang, hawkfish (7/9). emperor angel in qt since 7/4 barely breathing

The only thing I remember doing differently is I sanded the rust off two tongs. Thoroughly cleaned them. I used both but the rust return on one tong. If it's rust, then corals would be affected too.

All corals are fine. Especially the sun coral which hardly open.

I'm really sorry @Johnsonlwu. This is devastating news I wish to never deliver.

Get an ICP test?
