60 Gallon Cube, All-In-One

Build thread over due, here are some pics of the build that began in April 2016. My son and I refurbished this rimless 60 gallon cube. The back wall that divided the tank from the filter was warped and the sealant was failing on the divider. It looked as if it had been re-siliconed several time with various colors. We decided to build a new divider wall and reinstall it. Here we go.

Divider wall removed while tank is laying on it's back.

Old warped 1/4" wall

New 1/2" wall under construction. Cutting slots for overflow.

Completed slots and holes for return.

Lock-Line fitting for return.

Divider installed with silicone and held in place with weights.

Very nice job on the divider. What material did you end up using? Texture reminds me a bit of a HDPE material.
