Anemone Vs.

I've had my anemone for about a year and a half under PCs and have not had an issue with it, I did notice that if I do not feed the anemone in the spot he is currently in - it moves.
I have seen this behavior as well, it likes to be near my pump as well.

Thanks ofor the info, I hope it does not move anywhere my tubs, devils armor, and my dragon eyes, and the other green and orange zoa.

When I set up my new tank I knew I wanted to keep my anemones, but wanted to minimize the chances that they would wander around, so I built an anemone island. You can see it in the middle of my aquascaping:

The island is actually two rocks on top of each other, I used acrylic rods, foam and epoxy to make little legs for the bottom rock and then set a larger rock on top of it. I peeled all the anemones off of my old aquascaping and placed them on the island. Their feet are planted in the gap between the top rock and the bottom one.

The middle of the tank has monstrous flow due to two Tunze 6105s mixing in the middle and the island doesn't touch any other rocks. So far it's been 6 months and none of the anemones have moved... definitely not foolproof, but I am pretty confident about them not escaping from the island...

RSM have PC's :)
To me, the "T-5" part is more of a marketing gimmick.

I have the old version of the RSM and I think what it means is it has 2x 55w 50/50 lights. 50% of the light is T5 and 50% of the light is Power Compact Florescent. On the new RSM it says 2x 55w 50/50 T5.

I got lost in what you just said

T-5's don't come in "50/50" IIRC, but PC's do.
Quick and dirty -you have actinic (blue) PC bulbs, and you have daylight (10K, or white) PC bulbs.
A "50/50" PC bulb in which one half of it produces actinic light, and the other half produces white light. When you fire these up, half will be blue, the other half white, typically.

Those are PCs if they're 55W. I've seen them; they can call them T5s all day if they want, but I've taken a look at them and they're PC.
