Wanted to share some updates!

My torch split into 3 heads but is looking a bit sad/deflated. I've been testing and my calcium is a bit low so guessing that might be it so trying to slowly increase it to about 420ish. Hopefully that helps.
Everything else is doing great and starting to grow and my back wall is getting starting to grow coraline.
My mocha storm was beating up my other clown pretty bad so ended up trading the other clown in and got a smaller Wyoming White and so far so good.
Lastly, I picked up a white pincushion urchin and a pistol shrimp for my Yasha Goby.

Well have some bad news

I woke up this morning and seems like literally overnight my torch got brown jelly disease so I pulled it out and tossed it to at least try to save the rest of my coral from getting it. I have a decent amount of flow so there was some floating around already. I'm pretty bummed, it was my most expensive and favorite coral of the bunch and I got it as 1 head that split into 3.

So far no sign of BJD on any other corals which is amazing. Giving it a week or two to be sure before getting another torch from CaliKid.

Haven't posted an update in forever! Ordered an AI Prime so that's exciting and should help everything grow better.

I did win a rock structure at the last frag swap so I added that, went through a mini cycle, lost some coral but have since added new stuff and the tank is looking better than ever!

Added a rainbow BTA, bunch of zoas and acans, and of course all the new rock.

Haven't been very active here for a bit but for good reason. We bought a house!! We're no longer in Walnut Creek, we moved out to Oakley so luckily still close enough to continue to visit Cos at CaliKid and join any future meetups/frag swaps.

Moving both tanks was not as difficult as I thought it would be so with the help of my brother we got both moved within a couple hours and had no casualties! I actually had my nem split the day after the move.

As far as a tank update goes, most things are going well. I can't seem to keep SPS and my nem decided to walk the tank and kill all my acans and some of my zoas which sucks but I knew I was risking that when putting a nem in such a small tank.

I also setup an ATO because I got tired of refilling bottles and the location of the tank is not as close to a sink anymore so pouring water over carpet was getting a little risky.

Threw in a pic of my planted betta tank too, that was really fun to setup and a good contrast to the reef tank.
