Anyone have a Kessil 350 ballast I can borrow to test a light

I think I bought a replacement on Amazon for not too much.

I have a few but I'm in Concord. Also worth opening up and cleaning out the fan, I want to think there was another small part that might be bad other than the driver (technically not a ballast but a driver instead; and the driver might actually be part of the fixture itself so I think its really a power supply)

If you need one and come this way let me know.
