If you contact AI they will almost certainly help. If you're under warranty they'd probably cover it all. If you're not, they'll make you pay shipping each way, and contact you with a price after they check it out. Very likely they will offer you a very big discount on a new one or an even bigger on a refurb.
Assuming the wire is broken, second option is you likely need a soldering iron, and some epoxy or silicone to try and waterproof the connection after soldering. If you drop it off in Redwood City I can give the soldering a try.

I’d contact AI. Probably won’t be a fix but might offer a discount on a replacement or something.
I've bought a lot of second hand AI gear, some even broken when I got it (free), and AI has always let me do the ship & repair/get new route. In fact every time they let me upgrade to the newest model when doing so. Great customer support in my experience.
If you're near Redwood City I have a couple things from AI / Ecotech I need to get fixed, so we could see if it makes sense to share shipping (I water logged a light and dropped a mp10 dry side....).
