I know this is an old thread but seemed to have the most information I could find. I have 2 new to me AP700's. I have upgraded Firmware on both, I can see both on my Android phone and tablet, I can connect to both on the android devices but I cannot get the app to see the connection. I have tried setting my phone to full power mode, turned off mobile data, turned off my 5g from my router, flashed both, reset both per instructions above and still no go.
Anyone have any other ideas to try?
Funny thing, Kessill is located literally just down the freeway from me. If I cannot get these connected today I will call them , or even visit them tomorrow.
