Apex EB832 without 110V

I pick up an Apex EL set, it come with the controller, EB832 and two probes. After trying to reset, update to latest firmware, then I run into two issues.
1/ I can not able to get the wifi setting to work with the controller. So I end up connect wire to it to get going and been using wire and it work fine with wire.
2/ the EB832 does not has 110V AC output voltage for all 8 outlet. The two 24V DC is fine.

The communication between the controller and the EB832 is fine. I am able to turn on/off all the power ports. I upgrade to latest firmware last night.
Anyone know how to fix the EB832 with no AC power on all 8 plugs?

If you unplug the ethernet cable from the Apex, is the status light blue? If not, it is not in wifi setup mode.

Press the reset button until it changes to blue, then let go.
The Apex will reboot and will end up in a blue status.

Send a ticket to support. The EB832 can be repaired.

I'm assuming that you've confirmed that the EB832 is plugged into the wall and that there is power from that outlet (not tryiing to insult you but its happened numerous times to users)?

I did full hard reset at the beginning by put and hold the reset for 30sec until it turn red.

Yes, try a few times, when it blue light. I was able to detect it wifi on my phone, I was able to do apex.local and put in my wifi password. But after that it take very very long to get to the login screen, I was not able to log in using admin/1234 on that screen.

But when using wire, I was able to log in using the IP address that I got from my router for this Apex device, then able to upgrade to latest FW from there. Also a weird thing I noticed is even when I use wire to connect this Apex to my router, it still show this Apex connect to my router as wifi instead of wire.

Yes, I confirmed the outlet does not have power. I try to smell test in hope to see if anything burn (some people on reef2reef notice burn capacitors), but I don't smell anything. I will try to open a ticket today.
