Apex Fusion Connectivity Help

I just installed a new router in my home and I can't get my Apex to connect. I've re-booted both per Apex's instructions. What am I missing?

Is the IP address static?
You might need to change it to DHCP auto so it picks up a new IP address.

Yeah, if so, change it to dynamic.
You can set it back afterwards.

Doh!

No luck. So, I just hardwired it and still no luck after going through the usual re-boot. The message states "Apex not connected to Fusion". Can't find any additional instructions.

Took me two reset to connect to fusion. Try to reboot again until you see it online

Thanks. Working now. I don’t think I was pushing the reset button long enough.
