Aptasia Eaters Peppermint Shrimp

Went to Clearwater and Neptune in search of peppermint shrimp to get ahead of this aptasia thing. Couldn't seem to find any. Anybody know a source? My aptasia went from 2 I could find to 6. Very small still.

Can't tell where they are in that pic. If on the sandbed, siphon them out. If on the coral skeleton, cover it with super glue gel.

I think the "X" in Aptasia X is just a multiplication icon... at least that was my takeaway from using it.

I will give kalk injection a try. I have only a few so far.

Don't try to inject kalk - it is a pita and if you miss the nem shriks up and vanishes.
Mix up kalk with fresh water (ior use f aiptasia) so it is the consistency of tooth paste. Turn off your pumps. Using a syringe with no needle, smother the aips with the paste, covering them completely. Wait 45 minutes and then turn your pumps on again. Leave the kalk in place, Most of it should stay, and if any or all of it gets blown out into the tank no worries.
