August BAR Event - Coral Farmers Market

We will be hosting a booth at the Silicon Valley Farmers Market on August 4th 2018. Tickets can be purchased online for $5 at

The event, as before, will be held at West Valley College in Saratoga.

FYI - I would think 2 more people for setup and take would be good. ( judging from what we had to do last year) Also we should be getting at least 3 free passes for the people helping with setup Friday - for Sat Event use. And you get to see the stuff before everyone does. ( even on Sat - you can enter before opening and say still say setting up with the badge)

I am going to be helping Clearwater man their booth and we will be bringing a bunch of clowns to add to his booth. We will bring at least 5 of each type we have in stock. I will take my shift and then be in the Clearwater Booth.
 
Received the banner in the mail today (thanks @Wlachnit ! And it looks really nice.

I received the vinyl sponsor logos today, so the banner is ready for CFM.

By the way, what time is the setup Friday night in Saratoga?
