Included would be tank, stand, return pump, I could find a spare heater if you need one. Stock filtration media rack. Split return novel. One fan blade aimed at surface and a random flow nozzle aimed down into tank.
It also includes a uv sterilizer already plumbed into the return pump.
Plug and play for the most part.
Biocube32 stock led hood
With addtion 4 actinic blue led light bars.
Capable of growing most acroporas/ nems but probably not enough par to get crazy colors.
I got roughly 280 par towards the top 3rd with all channels running.
Serious overkill for most other coral lps softies you would need to get plug in trimmer for actinic bars, and program the led hood to have sunrise, high noon (all channels on) and sunset. You wouldn't want to run all channels all day long. Though I ran some of the stock channels and the actinic bars for most of the day, whites only 3-4 hours for max par.

I would be willing to dig around through my horad for extras.
1.) Including branch rock and even some peices of seeded live rock, Enough salt and rodi ( I have buckets you could borrow but would need them to be returned) water to get the tank going initially.
2.) I would toss in a magnetic frag rack.
3.) After a few days of the tank running I would even be willing to toss in some starter mushrooms, leathers and zoas.
I have more rock than this they could pick a few more peices from to get the tank going.
They would only need to get sand if they wanted some.
