Black banded cat shark?

Has anyone ever had a black banded cat shark in a mixed reef system? I'm guessing the fact that they expel a lot of waste and eat crustaceans is why it will not work - but I thought I'd ask.

I hope you have a big tank! They are going to knock stuff over and move it around.

They grow big and fast. Should be full size within about 2 years, 3' long or so. They are powerful and big big messy feeders. In a reef tank realistically large enough for them you probably won't even see them very often. They generally hide under rocks during the day.
