Out of no where THIS started to take over a rock that a large leather is growing on.. Scrubbed it off last month which came back with vengeance! Two days ago put the rock in rodi and scrubbed off again..Next step is peroxide or just pull the leather off and toss the rock in the backyard!

why make a new arch? If you don’t like the zoas why not just take out the arch, scrape the rock down with a hard wire brush, and put the ar ch back in? If very paranoid you could pour on some boiling water or jsut leave the arch in the sun for a week or two and the zoas won’t come back.i have some zoas that are taking over an arch that i intended for sps. now i'll have to take the arch out and make a new one.
Fenbendazole will take these out. You can purchase flake food with this infused. If you don’t want it buy a bunch online I also have some laying around since I keep for medicated quarantine of new fish. This form factor is easier to use then metro for quarantine purposes. If the outbreak is minor I would recommend just taking the rockscape out and scraping it down. Can pour boiling water or something else on (eg, hydrogen peroxide, bleach, muriatic acid, etc. depending on how extreme of a reset you want to do for the rock).Out of no where THIS started to take over a rock that a large leather is growing on..
