Cracked RODI lid, anyone have spares or know where to get one locally?

So I got my replacement o rings in and they seal fine, but it looks like the problem actually was the lid. I thought after replacing the rings it was the threaded connector between the prefilter and the carbon chamber, but after re-tefloning, it leaked even more and I saw this:

So anywhere I can find these caps locally or will I need to order a whole new unit online?
